Volunteer. Take part in the change.
Sustainability Education for Europe (SEFE) is an entirely volunteer-run initiative. We are a citizen's initiative and a community of changemakers, who believe we can use our voices – and our democratic rights and powers – to help build a better future for our children and the coming generations. It is our vision to be a driver of change and innovation in sustainability education across Europe and beyond.
We are a group consisting predominately of educators, policy experts, and sustainability enthusiasts. We focus on policy and advocacy work. Our aim is to move governments to take more action on sustainability education. In line with this, we are not directly active in educating youths. Instead, we focus on making policy suggestions on sustainability curriculums and connecting relevant stakeholders with one another.
We are always looking for volunteers to join us in carrying out policy research on national curricula and best practices in sustainability education, and to help with our advocacy work. If you are curious to learn more about what we do or would like to join us, feel free to sign up below.
If you are interested in sponsoring us, please send us a message.
We are currently looking for sponsors to help us fund and scale-up our operations.
We also looking for partners to work together with on our mission.
